While most people will know it as Salt Bae’s restaurant, this Turkish steakhouse is really quite good indeed.
Certainly, the internet fame of its chef Nusret Gökçe has helped its reservation books – which have included the names of Leo DiCaprio, Roger Federer and Justin Bieber – but at the end of the day a steak restaurant lives and dies by its quality of meat and, Salt Bae or not, it is exceptional.
