The dishes here are done brilliantly and are also ones you probably won’t find elsewhere in the city.
It’s done to Alleno’s exacting standards – the point where modern European cooking meats traditional French flourishes.
Try the duck foie gras with black truffles, guinea fowl in three courses, lobster puffing and sea bream in celery broth.
Then, to end, the ‘pastry library’ is a lovely final addition.
