The ambition of Executive chef Himanshu Saini, and restauranteur Bhupender Nathmerge should be applauded for marrying molecular gastronomy techniques with traditional Indian staples in the Dubai scene.
Ideal for a romantic meal for adventurous foodies, the elegant – but nondescript – interior is careful not to take the focus away from the spectacle of the dishes, which are the real hero.
