It’s got one of the best views in the city, and cuisine to match.
Perched on the edge of its own private pier, this seafood restaurant rightfully has the reputation of being the most romantic in Dubai.
For added brownie points, Table 38 in the north corner of Pierchic is the one to request. It will afford you a 270-degree view of the Arabian Gulf sunset and the Burj Al Arab.
As one of the jewels in Jumeirah Group’s crown, it has refined its offerings to ensure that while you pay handsomely for dinner-à-deux here, you will not go home disappointed.
It’s a special occasion place, one to wear your best dress to, ladies, and you’ll inevitably be surrounded by couples staring out to sea.
The mood (and lighting) is mellow and romantic, though there’s a slightly touristy vibe, too.
The menu is upmarket, and Pierchic bills itself as “modern European” (which means each meal should kick off with oysters and caviar, natch). Food is light and fresh, and the yellowfin tuna crudo is not to be missed.
