Being in the Atlantis Hotel doesn’t do it the greatest favour, but once you’re in the restaurant, Nobu delivers outstanding food to your plate.
Many other high-end Japanese restaurants have opened and match this level of food, but chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s name still sets the standard worldwide. His blackened cod is still worth the journey alone.
