Simply put: one of the best steakhouses in the region

You can’t reinvent the steakhouse, but putting it on the 68th floor of the world’s tallest hotel gives this Manhattan-inspired restaurant something else.
The spacious, monochrome interior is upmarket-elegant, but the menu adds plenty of fun options including bourbon sweet potato mash topped with marshmallows and whoopie pie.
But the strength of any steak restaurant is it cuts – which are very good indeed.
