Folly has our heart. The interiors, the food, the imagination and the staff are all impeccable.
Its Madinat rooftop view is one of the best in the city and it baffles us why the place is not fully booked for months in advance, in other cities it almost certainly would be.
A long-time stalwart of the top end of the Esquire Best Restaurant list, perhaps it is the best argument that Dubai isn’t ready to sustain an appreciation for highly-skilled dining.
