It’s fair to say that as a homegrown brand Roberto’s has truly made a name for itself in the UAE.
Known for its top-notch ingredients (many flown in daily from Italy), it serves swanky punters delicious food in fine dining style.
Roberto’s Abu Dhabi has the privilege of being able to focus more on food than it’s Dubai counterpart, and so features many exclusive dishes (such as the spaghetti with pesto, which is made tableside with help from a little liquid nitrogen) designed with help from two Michelin star chef Enrico Bartolini.
