Trying to recreate the heart-warming vibe of a rustic Southern French farmhouse can be fraught with cliché but now, in its sophomore year, American chef David Myers has had time to fine-tune its output and skilfully avoid those pitfalls.
It is a beautiful, enticing space, where the refined Provence cuisine centres on a serious wood-fired grill, with a cosy atmosphere you would happily lose a few hours in.
