Go for the steaks, and the view

You can’t reinvent the steakhouse, but putting it on the 68th floor of the world’s second tallest hotel gives this Manhattan-inspired restaurant something else.
The spacious, monochrome interior is upmarketelegant, but the menu adds plenty of fun options including bourbon sweet potato mash topped with marshmallows and whoopie pie.
But the strength of any steak restaurant is it cuts – which are very good indeed.
