When it opened its door just over two years ago Il Borro (owned by the fashion world’s Ferragamo family) had to prove that it wasn’t just a flambe in the pan.
It ambitiously chose to diligently source its ingredients organically from the family’s estate in Tuscany to ensure it adhered to the brand’s biodynamic philosophy. Two years on it continues to stick to its principles, producing excellent, rustic Italian dishes with everything painstakingly handmade. Its reward?
