Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s Dubai venue is worth the trip to Palm Jumeirah

Being in the Atlantis Hotel doesn’t do chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s Dubai offering the greatest favour, but once you’re in the restaurant, the kitchen delivers great food to your plate.
Many other high-end Japanese restaurants have opened and matched this level of food, but Matsuhisa’s name still sets the standard worldwide. His blackened cod is still worth the journey alone.
