Versace upgraded the humble jacket with patchwork prints and Medusa head buttons

Fresh from unveiling its fall/winter 2020 collection earlier this month, Versace has released its take on the style staple that is the humble denim jacket.

The classic light blue denim has been given a Versace-upgrade, including patchwork prints of leopard, snake and baroque panels, as well as chunky gold Medusa head buttons.

That gives the piece an artisanal look, while keeping with the house’s particular aesthetic.

Each is made by hand in Italy, and comes with dropped shoulders and an oversized silhouette for comfort. There are also deep flap pockets.

The jacket is available right now via matchesfashion.
