Stay safe from COVID-19 with help from Baby Yoda and R2-D2

As the world continues to fight against the coronavirus, Disney has unveiled a wide selection of cloth face masks that celebrate Star Wars.

The move comes just in time for every Jedi’s favourite holiday; Star Wars Day (May the 4th be with you, geddit?).

Offered in packs of four in various sizes, Disney’s cloth masks follow FDA recommendations on all non-surgical and non-industrial grade face masks.

The selection has something for everyone, including Baby Yoda and R2-D2 faces masks.

All profits up to US$1 million from the sales of these masks will go towards U.S. charity MedShare, and Disney will also be donating a further 1 million face masks for vulnerable children and families vulnerable across the U.S.

Star Wars, not your thing? Disney has also unveiled new masks for those who favour the Marvel Universe over a Galaxy Far, Far, Away. It also unveiled a new like including the Hulk, Iron Man and Captain America.

Dinsey’s cloth masks are available online and cost around US$20 per pack.
