Dubai Home Celebration will kick off this week.
The citywide event will kick off on Thursday, September 24 with a fireworks show over at Dubai Festival City.
The display will start at 9pm as well as go on for three minutes. As per usual, the best place to see the show will be on the waterfront in front of the mall. However, it’s expected the fireworks will be visible from The Dubai Creek to Business Bay in Dubai.
The Dubai Home Festival will run from September 24 to October 10, offering UAE residents the possibility to pick up furniture and devices at discounted rates and also win big prizes (consisting of rent-free stays in high-end houses).
This year, some of the largest homestore brand names in the UAE will have discounts of up to 70 to 75 percent off, consisting of Danube Home, Al Salem Carpet Trading, United Furniture, Pottery Barn, Pan Emirates, The One and West Elm.
Dragon Mart, Ibn Battuta Mall as well as Nahkeel Shopping center will also have a shop and win promotion.
Consumers spending Dh500 at any kind of home store in Dubai Event City also stand to win a rent-free one-year remain in a two-bedroom house in Marsa Plaza Dubai Event City, plus a Dh10,000 Ikea voucher to enhance the flat.
