Staying true to its creative ethos, Black Tap is also introducing three new menu items currently making waves across Big Apple branches: the Kimchi Burger, a Korean BBQ Chopped Salad, and a Shrimp Pesto Salad.
The Shrimp Pesto Salad (AED 98) boasts grilled shrimp skewers, fresh cherry tomatoes, roasted tomatoes, basil pesto, fried artichokes, fresh grated parmesan with a drizzle of basil pesto vinaigrette. Korean food is a big part of New York’s vibrant and diverse food scene and serves as inspiration for a few of the brand’s latest creations. For example, Black Tap is now introducing the Kimchi Burger (AED 85), crafted with shrimp, ginger, scallions, cilantro, kimchi coleslaw and topped off with garlic-lime aioli. Another Korean-inspired creation is the Korean BBQ Chopped Salad (AED 75), a dish made using crispy chicken tenders, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, sweet corn, red peppers and a Korean BBQ sauce.
