Gigi Hadid is being sued for posting a paparazzi photo of her ex- Zayn Malik on her Instagram stories over a year ago.
Photographer Robert O’Neil has filed suit against the 24-year-old Hadid for “unauthorized reproduction and public display” of the photo that had been previously registered and owned.
This basically means that O’Neil is suing for “statutory damages up to $150,000 per work infringed for [her] willful infringement of the photograph,”
But this isn’t the supermodel’s first copyright infringement case.
In an Instagram post last October, Hadid addressed those claims and her legal team since has successfully fought off the previous copyright case as well.
