The limited-edition watch was modelled from a cockpit heads-up display

Bell & Ross has once again embraced its aviation history, and created a new timepiece that looks more at home in a cockpit’s dashboard than on your wrist.

The French watchmaker often takes inspiration from airplane panel instruments, and that’s clear to see with its new heads-up display limited-edition watch.

The new BR 03-92 is built from the brand’s iconic square case, and reimagines a classic analogue dial as a green holographic display. This is done via green-tinted sapphire crystal on top of the black dial, which.is coated with Super-Luminova markers, hands, numerals and indices. There are also the brand’s signature four large brackets.

Under the hood, you get the brand’s in-house BR.302 automatic movement, 100-metres of water resistance and a 42mm PVD-coated stainless steel case. You also get a black rubber strap, plus an aviation-inspired black fabric strap.

The new Bell & Ross BR 03-92 HUD limited edition is now available for US$3,990.
