Our picks from Z Zegna’s Fall/Winter show at Pitti Uomo

Pitto Uomo – Florence’s annual homage to vibrant menswear – is in full force, and every Italian fashion brand under the Tuscan sun is looking to impress.

Yesterday saw Z Zegna take to the catwalks, showing off a range of streamlined new pieces for fall/winter 2019. For those unawares, Z is Ermenegildo Zegna’s more contemporary lineup, which references the brand’s signature silhouette and refined details (all wrapped up in a modern look and feel). 

For 2019, you can expect Z Zegna to focus once more on functional pieces (the athleisure trend doesn’t seem to be going away this year) as well as modular pieces. Non-traditional materials were a big highlight, as was Z Zegna’s take on wearable technology; including jackets with built-in heaters as well as mobile phone chargers.
