Virgil Abloh updated LV’s wireless headphones with new colours

Louis Vuitton asked its menswear director Virgil Abloh to update its Horizon wireless earphones this week, and the result is a pair of earbuds in an electric green hue.

Drawing on colours from his recent Spring/Summer 2021 collection, Abloh has given the headphones and the brand’s iconic monogram the vibrant neon green treatment, along with flower details.

The LV headphones are created with help from New York-based Master & Dynamic, and boast 30 hours of audio playback (including active noise cancelling and ambient modes). The headphones come with a wireless charging case.

The Horizon name might sound familiar, as it shares the monicker along with LV’s digital Tambour Horizon watch.

As you might have guessed, the Tambour line is all about the spirit of travel.

The Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones Black/Neon Green, and will be available to pre-order online at Louis Vuitton’s website today.

In other news, Apple has sent out invitations to what can only be the reveal of its next-generation iPhone 12.

Following last month’s reveal of the new 10.2-inch iPad, the iPad Air and Apple Watch Series 6, Apple is expected to reveal the iPhone 12 on October 13 (it will take place early October 14 UAE time).

The event name alludes to the fact that the iPhone 12 will come with Apple’s fastest processor to date, and the new blower is expected to also support 5G speeds.
