Academy Award winner Russell Crowe’s new movie is a thriller and it is planned to hit theatres, well, as soon as they re-open.
He stars in Unhinged, and according to the official synopsis, “it is a timely psychological thriller that explores the fragile balance of a society pushed to the edge, taking something we’ve all experienced- road rage – to an unpredictable and terrifying conclusion”.
The movie is set to be released on July 1, a few weeks before Christopher Nolan’s Tenet, which is currently scheduled for a July 17 release. However this may all change.
The movie follows Rachel (Caren Pistorius) who is running late to work when she has an altercation at a traffic light with a stranger (Crowe). Soon, Rachel finds herself and everyone she loves the target of a man who decides to teach her a series of deadly lessons.
The movie stars Russell Crowe, Caren Pistorius, Gabriel Bateman, Jimmi Simpson and Austin P. McKenzie.
