It’s not often that you hear of someone successfully lifting 500 kilos in a world record deadlift.
The Beast, Eddie Hall shattered records in 2017 and also took home the title of the World’s Strongest Man. But it wasn’t an easy journey to get there.
He says in order to fulfill his quest to become the World’s Strongest Man he had to eat, sleep and breathe his training regime and going so far as to only seeing his family on one day for the week for the whole year.
He worked out twice a day and ate about eight meals in a single day.
