Not many automakers can combine a rich heritage with technology and performance, but Alfa Romeo is one of them.
The Stelvio Quadrifoglio stands testament to that. The 2020 version packs a 510 horses under the hood, along with a BiTurbo V6 petrol engine. It also rocks a top speed of 280-kilometres-per-hour and can go from a standstill to a hundred in just 3.8-seconds.
But all that raw power aside, you don’t pick up an Italian performance vehicle for speed alone. Far from it, you do so for the love of driving; and what better place to take the Stelvio Quadrifoglio for a spin then The Louvre Abu Dhabi.
The futuristically designed Louvre Abu Dhabi is entered through the fittingly named Jacques Chirac Street. The museum portrays what Alfa Romeo and the brand stands for, contemporary and sleek on the outside but a whole lot of history and soul on the inside.
