Asus has confirmed that it has partnered up with Errolson Hugh’s streetwear brand ACRONYM for a new version of its ROG Zephyrus G14 gaming laptop.
The working title for the new computer – as per Asus’ teaser page – is the G14 ACRNM RMT01. Not much is known of what the laptop will look like, but we do know that it will come in some sort of portable air-filled packaging.
It appears that the laptop will feature several ACRONYM-approved designs, including custom typefaces and markings on the front and back of the laptop.
The website currently says that the ACRONM laptop will be powered by a GeForce RTX 2060 GPU, a 14-inch IPS QHD display, an LED AniME matrix front-panel (that lights up all pretty), and an 8-core AMD Ryzen 9 processor.
The original Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 was already one of our favourite gaming laptops of the year. We can’t wait for the official reveal, which the Asus site says will occur in 80 hours (on Friday).
You can head over to the official site for a better look at the partnership.
