The little-known British automaker has trumped the likes of Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Jaguar

When most people think British car makers, they tend to go with the bastions that are Bentley, Rolls-Royce and Jaguar.

But little-known automaker Lister has just made history and produced the world’s fastest SUV.

The carmaker beat out popular models such as the Bentayga and the Cullinan with its Lister Stealth, packing a 5-liter supercharged V8 engine that can harness 666 horsepower.

The sheer power means in can go from zero to 100 in just 3.6-seconds, with a top speed north of 400 kph.

The motor – which uses components from Jaguar’s F-Pace SUV – has a rear diffuser and spoiler handcrafted by the brand itself. Inside the cabin you get Nappa leather upholstery in 36 colour choices, along with more than 100 stitch patterns.

The Lister Stealth is limited to just 100 cars. It’s available now for around US$150,000.
