PlayStation‘s Crash Bandicoot has had a good few years.
Last year saw its original trilogy from the first PlayStation era remastered on to both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. And now, its kart-racing franchise – Crash Team Racing and sequel Nitro Fueled) have been given that same lease on life.
Both retro-games have been re-mastered into a single next-gen title, and while the upgrades have been mainly graphic-based, much of the originals’ charm remains.
The original game was Sony’s answer to Mario and his Kart, but the world has since moved on. Has Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled done enough of a re-make to claim the checkered flag?
