Two of Dubai’s top restaurants are set to open their doors in Saudi Arabia next year.
Both Zuma and Roka – two stalwarts of Esquire’s Best Restaurants list – will debut in the Kingdom.
It’s part of a deal between Azumi Limited and Mohammed Abdulrahman Jawa’s MSJ Holding, that will ultimately see seven outlets opened in Saudi Arabia. Next on the list include Oblix, Inko, Nitu and Etaru.
Roka will open its doors in Saudi Arabia next year
Sven Koch, the CEO of Azumi which looks after Zuma and Roka said, “We are delighted to join forces with Mohammed Jawa. Speaking about the partnership, Mohammed Jawa, “Since the inception of Zuma, in 2002, it inspired me to create great experiences with food, service and atmosphere. 2011 was when my initial partnership interest was piqued! I guess everything happens at the right time, for a reason.”
