Netflix has dropped the first trailer, images and episode descriptions for the upcoming third season of the popular Saudi Arabian web series Takki, and it looks like the best yet.
The series is a youth-centered story coming from the kingdom, and the intense drama returns for 8 episodes with a bigger budget and ready to reach a new audience.
The third season takes place particularly in Jeddah, where Malik returns to a modernizing Jeddah and a booming film industry, with a script detailing what really went down in 2015, according to Netflix.
The show, produced by U-turn Entertainment Co, stars Moayed Althagafi, Khairiah Abulaban, Ali Alsharif, Adel Radwan, Redwan Al Reemi, Hind Alsaigh, Qusai Kheder, Reem Alhabib, Khaled Bamashmoos, Mohammed Balkhi and directed by Mohammed Makki.
Takki S3 willd drop exclusively on the streaming platform on October 28, bringing the series to 190 countries a in over 32 languages.

- Episode 2: Bayan has news that might affect her career. Malik gives his all at the script-writing workshop but later discovers the motive behind Saria’s support.
- Episode 3: Malik revels in a changing Jeddah and reconnects with past friends and foes. Tensions rise as he adamantly pushes for their approval on his script.
- Episode 4: Repentant and set on winning Lama back, Ahmad reappears after years and starts investigating a past scandal that deeply damaged her and Bayan’s lives.
- Episode 5: A new revelation deters Malik from making his film, despite a tempting offer. Enraged after learning the truth about the scandal, Bayan confronts Majid.
- Episode 6: Malik’s friends combine efforts to convince him to make his film. As rehearsals begin, an unexpected candidate auditions and Majid enters a dark place.
- Episode 7: On set, the gang takes a trip down memory lane. Majid’s mother seeks Bayan’s help after he goes off the rails, disrupting the tight filming schedule.
- Episode 8: Saria returns for a ruthless revenge, putting the gang and the project in real danger and testing their true loyalties. Bayan gets a life-changing call.
