FooDiva brings three chefs together for one night only on November 4, 2019, in one high-end licensed restaurant, with each cooking a different course.
Each experience showcases a different aspect of Dubai’s dining scene, with the next dinner celebrating modern Middle Eastern cuisine from three talented Dubai-based chefs. Instead of looking internationally for inspiration, FooDiva is shining the light on food from the region we live in.
What can diners expect?
The host restaurant is independently operated Ninive at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, a home-grown licensed Middle Eastern restaurant with a glorious open-air starlit setting.
The evening kicks off with aperitif and canapés, followed by a selection of meze starters from modern Middle Eastern culinary master chef Greg Malouf.
The host chef Gilles Bosquet from Ninive serves a series of main courses, whilst Emirati pastry chef Sahar Parham from Burj Al Arab concocts a selection of desserts.
All courses are paired with grape from Le Clos and MMI, whilst sommelier Lindsay Trivers from The Tasting Class explains the pairing.
The evening starts at 6.30pm on 4th November 2019 and ends at approximately 10pm. The dinner costs about AED650 per person to include all food, drinks and a gift bag from boutique specialty tea concept Avantcha Tea.
To secure spots for the November 4, 2018, #ThreeChefsDinner, advance booking with pre-payment is required on www.foodiva.net/dinnerevents.
