Another week, another opportunity to luxe-up your vacation time. While we recently brought you second-season news of Dior’s Spa Cruise, this time we’re taking your relaxation to new levels with an Off-White takeover at Ibiza’s Casa Jondal beach club.
There’s always a mass exodus at this time of year from the Middle East to the Balearics, but beach season has really clicked up a gear this year, with Off-White expanding its options for a summer vacation capsule into the fabric of one of Ibiza’s most exclusive beach clubs.
Anyone booking a bed at Casa Jondal will find Off-White branded summer essentials, including raffia and linen pieces embellished with the iconic restaurant’s signature Jonal-red stitching as well as the collection’s “CAN’T WAIT” graphics in the familiar Off-White style.
While custom co-branded towels, sunbeds, pillows, benches and more will greet you, visitors can also expect a pair of espadrilles with the Jonal-red stitching as well as two tote bags, one in canvas and raffia. Both totes also feature the “CAN’T WAIT” motif embroidery, while in clothing a macramé sarong is provided alongside men and women’s swimsuits. Let’s be honest, this place is about to become the venue with the most gear stolen from it in history.
Previously the beach bar Es Savina, Casa Jondal—you’ll likely know it simply as Jondal—opened in 2020. As a signal intent it then placed chef Rafa Zafra in the kitchen. This is the guy who, alongside Arzak and Ferran Adrià, helped Spanish spot El Bulli win best restaurant on the planet five years in a row in Restaurant magazine’s Top 50 list.
Featuring classic Ibiza styling, lazy lounging corners, comfy cushions and beautiful wooden tables, all with a blissed-out cream and beige colour palette, there’s a case to state that—with the introduction of the streetwear brand’s iconography—that this all might even be a little too boujie for your summer vacay. Sidenote: we’d be mortified if we spilled a club sandwich all over an Off-White daybed cushion.
