Arguably the biggest “new” sports brand on the planet right now, at least in terms of what online fitness influencers are wearing, UK based Gymshark has finally stretched its muscular fins over to the Middle East.

The new collection – exclusively available in the Middle East – features the Gymshark name translated into Arabic (for the first time ever), and integrates its classic logo with Arabic calligraphy. Although there is no physical flagship store yet, one can only assume that will only be a matter of time.

“The fitness scene in the Middle East, and Dubai in particular, is absolutely exploding,” said Ben Francis, CEO of Gymshark. “You look around and gyms are popping up everywhere and it’s evident both the region’s residents and visitors are increasingly embracing fitness as part of their lifestyle. As such, it’s so exciting to bring a localised online store to the Middle East to meet the demands of all the fitness fans in the region. I absolutely love the new collection too, especially the calligraphy and nods to the region. I can’t wait to, hopefully, see it on the streets and in the gyms.”

Having partnered with Al Tayer Insignia, Gymshark will deliver a full omnichannel experience for its Middle Eastern customers, from store rollout to best-in-class online delivery.

As they say, the best way to get motivated to get your butt into the gym is by buying some sick new gym clothes. Well, if you ever needed a motivator to do so, now is your time. After all, summer has only just started.
