Travis Scott, Christian Dior and Kim Jones have joined forces for the Cactus Jack Dior Summer 2022 collection, and it just debuted on the runway in Paris, immediately setting the fashion world ablaze.
The show as well as the collection was a tribute to the American Southwest, complete with cacti and skulls on a sandy terrain with a pink and blue sky painted above.
This is a history-making moment, as it marks the first time that the 74-year old brand has collaborated with a musician.

Travis has been drawing a lot from the region in his recent fashion work, with his 2021 Air Jordan 6 also taking strong inspiration from the landscape as well.
This is the first collaboration between La Flame and Dior, though a relationship has clearly been percolating for a while, as Scott was one of the first to sport the Air Dior Jordan 1, which quickly became one of the most coveted shoes of the last 10 years.
Along with the clothing items debuted, Scott and Dior also dropped a Travis Scott Dior sneaker, more details of which are to follow. As Travis Scott’s Nike collaborations are some of the most coveted in the sneaker world, this is likely set to be just as coveted.
