It’s that time of year again: awards season! When all the folks who bring us the movies and music and television that make living in this world just a little kinder get together to offer each other pats on the back and, for the lucky few, small statues imbued with enormous professional and philosophical meaning. To kick things off, the Golden Globes, the gloriously booze-fueled romp through the landscape of screens large and small brought to us by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.
