Innova by Santoni is the brand’s latest take on a modern, contemporary trainer. It’s all about experimentation and freedom, which why it looks a bit space-age and crazy.
The $550 shoes, currently available in white at Dubai Mall, are made with variations of calfskin, suede and nappa leather, along with hand-painted edges, and cool orange accents.
The shoe itself is light, soft and breathable, fitted with a heel pull tab for easy wearing. It’s a more sporty direction for the brand, which normally deals in premium plimsoles and classic Italian footwear.
The white edition has already rolled out, with other colours on the way in September the brand explains. You can pick up the white pair online here.
The shoes also feature in an artistic little video, the film is the first one of a series of short movies by Victor Bastidas called PLATEAU about art and beauty in their different shapes.
