Burberry showed off its September 2017 collection for men last night, unveiling its fall/winter collection at its new London show venue, Old Sessions House in Clerkenwell. The old courthouse played host to a star-studded line-up of guests, along with Christopher Bailey’s sartorial vision for the winter months.
The September 2017 Burberry collection is a mixture of textures, colours and silhouettes. As always, Burberry kept everything very British; knits and tartans are worn below plastic and ceremonial jackets, and there’s a heavy emphasis on oversized car coats.

Key stats for the collection:
Colours: Winter sorbet shades – pink, green and blue – with black, camel, red and navy
Fabrics: Tartan and Vintage check wool, Aran, Fair Isle and Argyle knits, Plastic, Faux fur, Embroidered tulle and lace, Sketch-print cotton, Natural shearling, Seam-sealed gabardine
Accessories: The Giant reversible tote in tartan and The Satchel in leather and exotics, Riveted clog boots with contrast laces, tartan sandals with cone heels, and loafers with kiltie fringing, Extra-long chunky-knit scarves, fingerless gloves and Argyle socks, Oversized crystal-chandelier earrings and brooches, The baseball cap in Vintage check and tartan.

Any Burberry even brings out even the most paparazzi-averse celebrities. The September show had the likes of Cara Delevingne, Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss, Stormzy, and Tom Emmerson in attendance.
The September collection is available right now in Burberry boutiques around the world. It will also continue to be exhibited at Old Sessions House.
