Jeremy Hackett must enjoy driving his Aston Martin. The brand that bears his name has just unveiled the third collaboration with the British automotive marquis. The luxury capsule collection for fall winter 2017 takes inspiration from the quality and performance that both brands are known for.
The collection is comprised of 10 pieces. It features tailored outerwear, blazers, shirts, trousers and accessories. Like the previous collections, the colour pallete is rather muted expect masculine shades like navy, brown and grey (meaning you and mix and match it with nearly everything).
Hackett has spent a lot of time developing its leather jackets, making it the must-have item of the collection. Crafted with supple leather, there are two colour versions; a classic hazelnut brown (made from deerskin, don’t you know) as well as a luxe matt black option.
The black version has been made with neoprene panels on the shoulders and side, making them not only more comfortable but cooler-wearing. That means you might be able get away wearing one of these as the temperature cools in the region.
Other noteworthy items include a new laser cut blazer that features bonded seams and zero stitches. That makes it more waterproof, without the compromise on design.
Accessories are where the automotive theme of the collection shine; everything is produced with hard-wearing and functional material, such as leather and nylon. The Loro Piana Storm System holdall is a brilliant example of the form and functionality in action.
The entire collection is available only in Hackett stores around the Middle East, or online at Hackett.
