If you’ve been searching for the perfect shoe to finish off that Tron cosplay you’ve been working on then you might have just hit the jackpot as Puma’s next level sneaker, the TSUGI, has just got even more futuristic. An update on its classic Blaze of Glory silhouette, the TSUGI Blaze evoKNIT is set to be the next shoe you’ll never even consider wearing if there’s so much as a drop of rain.
And we’re not joking when we say that TSUGI, which translates as “next” in Japanese, really does seem to be the next step forward in footwear. We’re all living in 2017 whilst these shoes are already in 3017. We’d ask them what the future is like but we’re not altogether sure we’d like to know.
Taking cues from Puma’s running archive, the TSUGI is fused with the latest innovative features – including sculpted Ignite foam tooling, an engineered evoKNIT upper, and signature B.O.G lacing. What do those all mean? We have absolutely no idea. But they sound futuristic as hell and what else do you really need to know aside from the fact that these look really cool?
Available in tonal Black, White and Olive Night as well a colour they’ve dubbed Rock Ridge – Whisper White, the TSUGIs will be dropping across the GCC on September 1, at a cost of Dhs 560. The future is now, people.
