The sneakers have dropped on World AIDS Day

Louis Vuitton has partnered up with non-profit AIDS charity (RED) for a special collaborative sneaker design, with the proceeds going to support research and the fight against the AIDS virus.

The Louis Vuitton I (RED) comes with white leather and the brand’s monogram logo, along with red detailing.

The sneaker launches on December 1st – aka World Aids Day – and US$200 from each pair sold will go towards the Global Fund to fight AIDS.

This marks the second time that Louis Vuitton has teamed up with the (RED) charity.

(RED) was originally founded by Bono and Bobby Shriver in 2006. It so far has generated US$650 in the fight to support those who suffer from AIDS. Since inception, it has partnered with many different brands – most recently Apple and its iPhone 12.

You can pick up a pair of the Louis Vuitton I (RED) editions via the LV website on December 1.
