Prada x Adidas has just unveiled its much-hyped collaboration.
The Prada and Adidas Originals tie-up feature an all-white version of Adidas’ iconic Superstar sneakers and a sport version of Prada’s carryall bag. Both will be available for sale ahead of the holidays, on December 4.
The collaboration was announced earlier this month, and it’s hoped the new products would combine both modern luxury and sporting pedigree.
The Italian fashion house and Adidas created a bowling style bag, as well as the Superstar sneakers – which were launched back in 1969, and are such still celebrating their 90th anniversary.
Both pieces from the partnership were created in Italy by Prada. The shoes are full-grain leather, while the bag has been made of from white calfskin. Both creations include the logos of each of the two famous brands.
The sneakers and bags will only be produced in limited quantities – 700 per item. They will be sold together in two-product packs and will be available on December 4 at select Prada boutiques, and online from Adidas.com and Prada.com.
