A photo has surfaced online of the “TS5” Dunk ultra-limited, ultra-rare friends and family box set, officially known as the Cactus Jack x PlayStation Nike Dunk Low.
The shoe was made available to five insanely lucky people through Travis’ website last fall, but this is the first time that the official friends and family set has surfaced.
Travis seems to have gifted the shoe in a limited box along with a PS5 to 24 of the closest people in his life. The box reads 1 of 24, so it seems only 24 were made.
On the back of the box is a note from La Flame himself.
“Jack here,” Travis writes.
“Wanted to give you a small token of appreciation for rocking with me for so long. Family only.”
“Got me thinking about how important it is to look back, when making moves forward. Growing up I was spinning discs on PlayStation and collecting dunks, now we building the future in real time,” he continued.
“Had a vision and linked up with the crew to make it happen. Mold the game together y’all are family and we are the new pioneers.
“Never forget to take a day off on your way up. Enjoy these times. Never let up,” he writes.
“From H Town to the World. Appreciate the gang. All Love, TS.” He concludes, before adding a post-script.
“P.S. See u in utopia.”
The TS5 dunks feature a two-toned upper in muted blue and grey-brown. It also features the signature reverse Swoosh along with Japanese-style PlaystationBranding on the lateral heel and SONY on the heel tag atop an aged yellow outer sole, another TS signature.
Playstation is also on the sole of the shoe in Japanese on one foot and English on the other foot.
They were originally released on November 12 to 13 through a giveaway on Travis’ webshop.
Scott did an official unboxing of the PS5 on YouTube last fall, and dropped 35 items of PlayStation inspired merch, including hoodies, jackets, pants, and a bean bag chair.
Travis Scott will soon be dropping his next Nike collab, a three-way collab between himself, Nike and the Japanese brand Fragment, in July with the Jordan 1 High, followed by August with the Jordan 1 Low.
You can find the release date in the UAE here.
