Another week, another Esquire Q&A podcast

Welcome once again to another episode of the Esquire Q&A Podcast, the first one of 2020.

Amir Khan needs no introduction. The british boxer has in a last decade racked up a hall of fame worthy career and he was the first big ticket fight to take place in Saudi Arabia

He fought and won against Australian Billy Dib to claim the WBC international welterweight title with a fourth-round stoppage in July 2019.

The Brit spoke to Esquire about the future of boxing, what it was like fighting in Saudi Arabia, his thoughts on his friend Anthony Joshua and who he is fighting next.

Khan now calls boxing a business and has said though he’s mentioned retiring in the past, he’s now going to let his body make that decision for him.

He also recalled having first met the wildcard boxing champion of 2019 Andy Ruiz and how nobody thought he could ever defeat Anthony Joshua the first time around.
