Natalya and Lacey Evans will perform at Crown Jewel

WWE will make history tomorrow, on October 31, 2019. It has just announced its first ever women’s match at a press conference at King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh.

The first-ever WWE women’s match in Saudi Arabia will take place tomorrow, October 31, as part of Riyadh Season, which includes more than 100 events over a two-month span featuring world-class entertainment and sports properties.

Both Natalya and Evans have clashed several times this year. They’ve fought in several high-stakes contests, including Last Woman Standing Match on Monday Night Raw, which The Queen of Harts won by powerbombing her foe off the side of the stage and through a table.

Natalya and Lacey Evans will perform at Crown Jewel, one of WWE’s premier pay-per-view events, which also features Roman Reigns, the undefeated lineal heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury, WWE Champion Brock Lesnar, Universal Champion Seth Rollins and many more.

WWE’s first Saudi superstar, Mansoor, revealed earlier this year to Esquire Middle East that “I truly do believe one day we will see women performing in Saudi Arabia in a WWE ring” and it’s happened sooner than expected.

There were rumours swirling around earlier this year that the first female-led fight in the Kingdom would be Bliss vs. Natalya taking place at WWE Super ShowDown, but in the end the women fighters only made promotional appearances at hospitals and schools with other WWE Superstars.

Twitter of course had a complete meltdown when the news was announced.

Crown Jewel will stream live on WWE Network tomorrow, October 31 at 8 pm AST/1 pm ET.
