A new co-working space in Yas Mall wants to host professionals from the fashion industry
There’s a new co-working space in Abu Dhabi’s Yas Mall that is going after professionals in fashion and retail.
Cloud Spaces will provide fully furnished workspaces, meeting rooms and even private offices on a monthly and annual basis.
It is all part of a wider trend of people ditching the regular office in favour of working from home, or in a co-working space that’s more convenient.
Cloud Spaces is bright, white and airy. It’s also full of tech, and workers get access to all the usual office equipment. There’s even a team on hand to support anyone who has technical issues.
Alongisde private meeting rooms, the Cloud also has a recording studio for those to record podcasts, as well as a photo studio. Both are available for hourly and daily rates.
“We are are aiming to attract businesses and individuals with a focus on retail, fashion product design and emerging brands while supporting the existing Yas Mall tenants through our creative space,” said Malak Smejkalova, General Manager at Cloud Spaces.
“From acquiring trade licenses to mentoring programmers and access to consumers, we provide 360-degree services for entrepreneurs, SMEs and large businesses.”
Cloud Spaces joins a growing list of co-working spaces in the UAE, including both NEST Dubai and Letswork in Dubai.
In other news, Dubai’s Theatre of Digital Arts is kicking off a new exhibition, “From Monet to Kandinsky. Revolutionary Art”.
For those who have never visited TODA in Dubai’s Souk Madinat, it’s no ordinary art gallery. Instead, you sit in an ampitheatre while digital art is projected in front of you, behind you, above you, left, right, wherever really.
