No child needs a US$500 working toy McLaren, complete with working brakes, lights and even an infotainment system.
And yet, the McLaren ‘Senna’ Ride On has been produced for children.
The tiny vehicle is a shrunk down McLaren, and while it is a made for kids it’s not exactly your bog standard toy car.
The Senna is the third in a line of McLaren’s made for children (what?!) with incredibly detailed bodywork, functional doors, proper hydraulic brakes, lights, and an audio system that will play realistic engine noises when you hit the accelerator.
The Senna comes in six different colour schemes; black, orange, blue, red, yellow and green.
The micro-hypercar costs US$582 which is incredibly expensive for a toy. However, it is far cheaper than the ‘Senna’ model that it is based on, which goes for a cool US$1 million.
While no child deserves a toy McLaren, it’s available right now at your friendly neighbourhood McLaren dealer, or via hypertoys.com.
