Every single year, Forbes releases its list of the highly paid muscians and as you imagined all the usually suspects are on the list.
Topping the list is the American Music Awards musician of the decade Taylor Swift.
The popstar was named artist of the decade, which was announced before the ceremony. She also scooped the biggest prize of the night, artist of the year.
This is the first time an artist as received more AMAs than Michael Jackson.
Accepting her award, Swift said that the last 12-months had given her “some of the most amazing times”, as well as “the hardest things I’ve gone through in my life”.
Kanye West was in second place behind Swift with his recently released The Jesus Is King album. The rapper made $150 million, thanks to his Yeezy empire, and his adidas partnership is expected to top $1.5 billion in sales this year.
