Located on Princes Street, the Scottish capital’s busiest thoroughfare, the grand old hotel’s interior décor, food, furnishing and amenities each are built and installed to pay proud homage to its Scottish heritage. The hotels 168 bedrooms and 20 suites, however, have also been given extensive renovations overseen by Sir Rocco Forte’s sister, world-renowned interior designer Olga Polizzi.
