The future is here. Remember all that talk about robots taking our jobs? Well, it’s happening.
Dubai is getting a new café and it’s not like any other in the city — this one will be run by robots.
Set to open in August, RoboCafé is being called “the first of its kind” and the entire café will be run by three robots.
Time Out Dubai reports, using the latest artificial intelligence and robotics, the robot arms will take orders, serve food and drinks, all while performing customised light and music shows.
It will be located in Dubai Festival City, and RoboCafé will be serving up organic coffee, mocktails and snacks.
