Emaar is building its first-ever 3D printed house for a new project

Emaar – along with a global 3D printing company – is to build its first 3D-printed house in Dubai. The house will be located in Arabian ranches and will be used as a model for investors.

3D printing property is a worthwile idea, as it is cost efficient as well as quicker to build, and better for the environment.

Emaar is coming up with sustainable methods of construction by using new technology, which could lead to new methods of construction in the near future, hoping to position itself as an adopter of new technologies.

So, how is this new development going to look like? The project will be a group of townhouses, located in Arabian Ranches III, sharing a park covering 30,000 square metres, along with a 4km long boulevard and a lazy river. The total neighbourhood will cover a span of million square metres.

The new neighbourhood will also have a direct connection to Al Qudra cycling track, and will have a central plaza providing an ‘adventure zone’ featuring a parkour course and a skate park.

Although the 3D property will not be for sale, anyone interested in the project can sign up and register their interest through Emaar.
