Scape Restaurant is inspired by the Mediterranean

Scape Restaurant at Dubai’s Burj Al Arab has launched a new Mediterranean-inspired menu.

Starters include burrata with basil coulis and balsamic reduction, a king crab salad with avocado and baby gem lettuce, and a beetroot tartare with a green mustard sorbet.

Some of the main courses on the menu include lamb chops with wheat semolina, grilled green asparagus, yellow zucchini and lamb jus, a pan seared seabass, served with green asparagus, baby leek, semi dried tomato and lemongrass emulsion; or order from the grill with choices of Maine lobster, tiger prawns and beef tenderloin.

The dessert option is Choco Thym, a thyme-infused Araguani 72% chocolate crémeux with vanilla ice cream and cacao crumble. Or, guests can try the Scape cheesecake, complete with coconut crust and strawberry coulis.

Prices range from AED110 for salads and appetizers and AED165 for main courses.
