It doesn’t cost a thing

F1 drivers on the circuit usually work out at state-of-the art gyms. Most of their team however, if they want to still be in shape while being on the road constantly, they have only one option — use the resources they have at their disposal.

On F1 weekends after the track has closed down to the spectators you’ll often find members of the team or the drivers, running or cycling around the track. Yas Marina Circuit are now changing their operating hours so you can workout after hours just like them.

Yas Marina Circuit on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday morning will start the day with some exercise class around the 5.55km track.

Until September 22, the free fitness events will take place from 5am-8am giving you the opportunity to cycle, run or walk the track in cooler temperatures.

For those who don’t mind the hot weather in the summer, the Tuesday night event will continue even in the summer between 6pm and 10pm.
